Hey all, It’s Linda from A Labour of Life and it’s my Turn to browse through and pick my favourites. August is all about end of summer fun, back to school planning and yes summer relaxation.

Thank you so much for coming by this week for our party. We can hardly wait to find out what you have come by to share with us this week but, first, let’s take a look at our features from last week’s party!

Fun Features this week

My first feature will surprise no-one, lol. Yep a fun tablescape from Whispers of the Heart I could not pass this Crab Table by. Imangine a tablescape dedictae to crabs. It was just too cute to scroll past. Plus I tink my inner table girl keeps encouraging all of you to share your tables. Everytime I catch one of Beth’s ables (and trust me there are 100’s) I picture what her storage room must look like. I want a storage unit like her’s filled with all thsis awesomeness.

Keeping with the by the Sea theme howtasty does this Sweet and Sour Prawn dish look from Treat and Trcik? . “Fried prawn is coated with spicy, sweet and sour sauce from tomato, chili sauce and lemon juice. To add color, red, yellow and green bell pepper are added. You can add sugar if you like but for me it is not required.”

OK well that is enough of te Sea I am feeling the BTS and pumpkin vibes today. Featuring this oh so stunning Metal Pumpkin Vignette from Master Pieces of my Heart. I have to tell you it was hard picking one picture to share, tis display is stunning.

Sticking to my apparent nw pumpkin Theme next up is a delicious Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe from Off the Grid. “Even better, it makes a low-fat high-fiber muffin that includes whole-wheat flour. And this recipe lets you sneak some pumpkin into your family’s diet.”

Our very own Life as a Leo Wife has created this beautiful Pumpkin Sign. But its doesn’t stop there the post is all about creating beautiful signs without a cricut. Gos where was she before I purchased mine lol. Regadless the colurs and style truly caught my eye.

Special Feature

and jumping off the all my themes, which I guess makes this a non theme week lol, I had to share these Kahlua Chocolates. from The Kitchen is my Playground. Basically because hello Chooclate and who can resist.

Wanting to create a tablescape but couldn’t find salad plates that she liked until she saw these salad plates on Ebay.

Keeping with the bright and colourful theme how fun and refreshing is this Aqua Fresco PUnch Enjoy the final tastes of summer with this refreshing . Fresh watermelon with some fizz ** Kids and adults alike will love this refreshing drink in the summer! **

Fresh Vintages by Lisa shared this beautiful repurposed Dolls bed. Trash to treasure for sure. Finding a doll bed in the trash she rescued it and created this beautful shelf.

Who has been craving a yummy banana dessert? If so, this Banana Pudding Lasagna is going to hit the spot. Whenever I make this, people will come running because they know it will be gone fast.Next up is is a tasty Banana Pudding Lasagna.
