First up these Mini Succulent Pumpkins from Stone Gable. Succulent topped pumpkins are the prettiest things! I think mini baby boo pumpkins and tiny succulents were made for each other. They are both very trendy right now and the succulents add such a nice topper to these little white pumpkins!

Whispers of the Heart has created a perfect Pumpkin Tablescape. A blogger after my own heart or table. She creates a lovely scape every Wednesday so make sure to check out her latest creations.

Our own Ducks ‘n a Row shared a scrumptious Apple Crisp this week. Apple crisp tastes best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Be prepared, it won’t last long! You may want to make a double batch

Simple Fall Soups, a collection of hale and hearty soups from Homemade on a Weeknight. Leaves changing colors and beginning to fall to the ground. First up we have the perfect dip to whip up just in time for the big game. Can I get a “Go 49ers!” Tracey from The Kitchen is my Playground whipped up and is showing off her Baked Pizza Dip. Looks delicious to me! Note from Sinea: Kansas City Chiefs fans are welcome here, too! Since my Buffalo Bills lost their playoffs game, the Chiefs are my Super Bowl pick! ♥

Honestly though, I am all about Valentine’s Day right now. I love crafting up beautiful creations and I was just enamored with these Vintage Valentine’s Puzzle Hankies from Beth at Whispers of the Heart. I’ve crafted my own hankies before using fabric paints, but wouldn’t you rather be carrying one of these vintage beauties in your pocket.

Who doesn’t love a Tiered Tray Decorated for Valentine’s Day. Amy decks out and displays her Valentine’s Day Tray with Dollar Store goodies. Amy from Amy’s Creative Pursuits is showing off her creativity with this cutie.

Welcome to the Happiness Is Homemade Link Party 306. It was an interesting week, a lot of self reflection and a review of 2019. Bloggers sharing what they are working on and what their followers loved last year. It’s tough I want to say selecting only 4 posts to highlight. which is why I want to remind everyone, take a moment and search through. This is a space to get inspired and help each other out.

Next up I believe there is nothing better than taking a bite of a tiny cinnamon roll dredged in delicious fondue. How fun would it be to surprise your family with this for breakfast? This quick and easy recipe would be great for any winter party! LouLou Girls has shared a simple amazing Cinnamon Roll Dip, perfect for beating the winter blues.

Mommy Hates Baking is sharing the perfect game day snack, Jalapeno wrapped in Bacon .Ninja Foodi Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers can be made using the Air Crisp function of the Ninja Foodi but they can also be made in an air fryer too

Welcome back to November. Gosh I cannot believe it is already November. The American Thanksgiving is fast approaching and the Ho Ho Ho time. Christmas is just 52 short days away. Happiness is Homemade 295 is celebrating Fall and sharing a variety of cool posts. Furniture redos, food, drinks and yep even a table. Grab a tea or coffee and sit back and enjoy.

Soups On Sort of

First up is an amazing Chili Con Carne with Chocolate. Yes you read that correctly chocolate in chili. That Recipe tells us that Chocolate added to chili, or other beef recipe such as this Spicy Chocolate Marinated TriTip, gives the dish an incredible earthy rich flavoring. Most people won’t even realize that it is chocolate that is giving it the extra layer of flavor.

It’s Table Time

It’s November so Fall and Thanksgiving start coming together for those South of the border. How cute is this casual Thanksgiving Table from Deb over at Deb’s Buzz? Deb tells us that Thanksgiving is her favorite holiday of the year, because it’s all about family, traditions, and celebrating in a non-commercial way.

As soon as Halloween is over, I reset tables and the kitchen island. Counters, a glass-front cabinet, and open shelves in the kitchen are also embellished with pilgrim figures, indians and turkeys.

A furniture Re-Do

An easy walk through of wet distressing from Wise Little Owl Furniture. Well I say easy because she makes it sound so uncomplicated that I might want to try this.

Today I am taking it back to my farmhouse roots. Whoop whoop! If you’ve been following my blog, you know I’ve been experimenting a lot with different products, techniques, colors and finishes. While that has been a blast, I wanted to do a simple beautiful piece in a one-color finish with distressing to accent the curves, fluting and details.

Happiness is Homemade Drink Feature

And can there be features without a drink? I think not. Today’s special concoction is a Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake from Ashley over at Simply Blended Smoothies. Not what one may think of traditionally for Fall but hey it has chocolate. Plus not everyone gets to enjoy Fall Foliage , they may be chillaxing Poolside so this works perfectly.

I am excited to share what is probably my all-time-favorite milkshake ever: a Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake! I have always loved mint chocolate chip ice cream, it has always been a favorite of mine, and so making this in drinkable form is a win-win in my book!

Bonus Feature

And although in my home I cannot start decorating for Christmas until after Remembrance Day (Veteran’s Day in the US) I just had to include this awesome DIY from Penny’s Treasures. Taking a chair with great bones and making your own Christmas slip cover. How amazing is this.

There was a chair that had been retired to the studio about 4 years ago because it no longer fit in with my decorating style in the house. The other day, I decided to bring it back in and preform a make over on it…..not just any old make over….. a Christmas make over!
