LOL Many of us, though, are cutting back on carbs and getting away from sugar. So, no more yummy desserts for us? Never! This apple crisp, lightly sweetened with Pyure Organic Sweetener (Non-GMO stevia/erythritol blend) tastes just like the classic version only it is glycemic-friendly. You have got to give it a try!

Easy Sugar-Free Apple Crisp Recipe
Ingredients
2 large apples, peeled & sliced
1 cup dry old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup almond flour
1 stick butter, cold
1/4 cup Pyure sweetener or Lakanto Monk Fruit
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Peel and slice the apples. If you do not have 2 large, use 4-5 medium.
Sprinkle 1 tsp Pyure or 1 tsp Lankato Monk Fruit and a dash of cinnamon.
Toss with the apples.
Dump into a 13″ x 9″ baking dish.
Mix the oatmeal, almond flour, cinnamon and remaining Pyure sweetener in a bowl.
Cut in the butter until you have tiny pea-sized bits.
Sprinkle it over the apples by hand.
Bake on 350° for 50-60 minutes till lightly browned.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.*
Makes 4 servings.
*Tip: canned whipped cream will keep the carbs down.
