This recipe comes via the chef at the home where my dad stays. It is a dreamy, creamy chocolate cheesecake pie with Oreo cookie crumbs in an Oreo cookie pie crust. When I tasted it, I asked the waiter if I could get this awesome recipe from the chef and he said “yes!” And here it is for you, too.

No-Bake Oreo Cookie Pie
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups softened cream cheese
1/2 cup Oreo cookies, crumbled
4 cups prepared chocolate pudding
Directions
Prepare the pudding and chill
Whip cream cheese till smooth
Add pudding and Oreo crumbs, blend
Fill pie shell – freeze.
Thaw before serving.

I made three of them for a family party.
Tip: be sure that they have had plenty of time to thaw. You do not want them room-temperature but you do want them unfrozen. The next time I make them I will get you a time-frame for this to happen. Having only made them once, I cannot tell you for sure right now.
