How To Grill Scallops With Bacon
Kabob Grilling Baskets
Gas or Charcoal Grill
Cooking Oil or Spray
1 – 2 lbs. Frozen or Fresh Sea Scallops
2-4 slices raw bacon
Prepare the grilling baskets by generously coating them with oil or spraying with cooking spray.
Rinse the scallops and place them inside the basket leaving a bit of space in between.
Cut 1-inch pieces of raw bacon and place one on top of each scallop.
Close the baskets and put them on the hot grill.
Turn the baskets every couple of minutes, laying them on each of four sides of the baskets.
Depending on the heat of your grill, they should be ready in 10-12 minutes.
Remove the baskets from the grill, open and remove the scallops and bacon.
Serve with rice and veggies.
