As a mom on the go, I really value my health. I teach preschool to 12 energetic little kiddos and cannot afford to be off my game. That is why I am so glad that I discovered Emergen-C. Emergen-C is a great way to keep my revitalized.
My favorite way to get it into our diet is by making this delicious, creamy fruit smoothie made with frozen fruit, milk and Emergen-C Super Orange. It can be a meal in itself or a great after school snack!
All you do for this recipe is peel and cut up a banana, putting the pieces on a freezer-safe plate and freeze them for an hour or more.
Do the same with your favorite berries – freezing them in advance. I used frozen strawberries in one shake and blackberries in another. Oranges would taste great, as well.
