Picmonkey is my favorite online software for enhancing photographs and building collages. The most important features are FREE for anyone to use. They have some nifty ad-ons that make it even better, if you want to pay a modest price to get them.
When I discovered it, well, I was having goofy fun enhancing photos, adding text and playing with all the toys! After a while, I did spring for the “royale” package to have access to even MORE toys. I will be a forever-friend of Picmonkey.
