Ever get bored with your own menu? When that happens to me, I change it up and serve shrimp. It is so easy to just pull some frozen shrimp from the freezer and make a nice salad. {Shrimp Avocado Lime Salad is so delightfully good that I just shared my recipe on It’s A Keeper.}
Sometimes, though, I lack the incentive to even cut up veggies. When I’m in that kind of lazy mood, the simplest way for me to enjoy shrimp is to make a classic shrimp cocktail. All you do is thaw some shrimp and whip up a quick cocktail sauce. Voila! Lunch!
You know how to thaw shrimp.
Here’s how to make the sauce:
Classic Seafood Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup ketchup
1 T white horseradish
1/8 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Mix in a bowl and scoop into a smaller bowl for serving.
Serves 2
