Welcome to Happiness is Homemade Link Party #302!

Oh my goodness the BIG NIGHT is almost here!!!!!  I am so excited to put all of the presents under the tree and see the look of wonderment on my kids’ faces!

We have had another terrific year at Happiness Is Homemade Link Party!  It has been my pleasure to serve as the hostess for the month of December.  The link party will be taking a short break for a couple of weeks but will resume again with our new hostess on Sunday, January 5th 2020.

In the meantime, for all of us at Happiness Is Homemade Link Party to all of you – happy holidays and new year to you!  We appreciate your loyalty to our link party and are always delighted to have so many return bloggers and readers!

I hope you have enjoyed all of my featured posts from this month!  To see more of my content on my other social media platforms, you can find me here on Instagram, Facebook and at my blog Love My Messy Messy Mess.  Thanks again for sticking around and much love to you all!

Santa’s Florida Kiss Cocktail
Traditionally we have a specialty coffee or mimosas/beermosas on Christmas morning (get my beermosa recipe here!).  This Santa’s Florida Kiss Cocktail Recipe from the Crowned Goat looks like a fun new beverage to try this holiday!

Kentucky Bourbon Balls
Bourbon is my husbands favorite adult drink to enjoy, so I think these Kentucky Bourbon Balls from The Kitchen is My Playground would be a hit with him!  Not that he rejects any cookie or baked good, but this one really speaks his language 🙂

Christmas Sign from Dollar General
Living out here in the country, I can safely say the Dollar General has saved my life several times.  This adorable Christmas Sign from Dollar General from Linda at A Labour of Life turned out so cute and for next-to-no cost.  I think I’ll head down the hill to get my supplies right now…..

Cinnamon Apple French Toast
I am always on the lookout for great breakfast casseroles and bakes that I can put together quickly and easily.  This Cinnamon Apple French Toast from the LouLou Girls fits the bill for sure!  The smell of cinnamon always reminds me of the holidays.

DIY Winter White and Plaid Candy Canes
I love using candy canes as decor during the holidays.  These cute little variations on the traditional red and white sweet treat are rustic and cute.  Not to mention easy!  Check out the tutorial for DIY Winter White and Plaid Candy Canes from Fresh Vintage.

Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 12-16 to 12-20 on my blog. On Tuesday morning was my Egg Nog Pie. Wednesday was my traditional Sugar Plum Fairy Iced Cookies. And wrapping up the fourth week of Christmas baking is My step mom’s Applesauce Fruit Cake. Enjoy!
