Welcome to the Wonderful Wednesday Blog Hop!  And you are saying “Wednesday?  Did she say Wednesday?  Hey, lady. It’s SATURDAY!”  This is an all time first for me.
First time EVER that I was so late posting the blog hop that I almost missed it entirely.  I am so, so sorry.
  • School is busy.
  • Life is busy.
  • And my dog died (OK that was a couple of weeks ago but my very alive dog, Bailey, is really mixed up trying to live as a single dog, now.  She never saw it coming and neither did we. Her confusion has become my project. I am helping her to adjust her to normalcy again.)

Pictured above:  baby puppy Sadie at 8 weeks old and her big “sister” Lexi.  Both are in heaven, now. 
The dog story >>> I don’t want to go too long on this bunny trail but, our lovely almost 9 year old yellow lab, Sadie,  unexpectedly got sick one night and passed away within hours.  I had suspected something was going on for a while and I took her to the vet where I was told she might have an allergy but was otherwise showing no signs of malady.

Well, my suspicions proved to be right and Sadie  passed away on our deck, in the dark, with me at her side.  I loved that dog so much.  We all did and we all miss her terribly.

Anyhow, that being said, I FORGOT TO POST THIS WEEK’S PARTY!  The party is live through the weekend so, for those who are stopping by today or tomorrow, I will give YOU first look as I select my feature for next week’s party.  It is only right.  So give us your BEST OK????

    I’m so sorry to hear about your dog! At least you got to be right by her side. My Shih Tzu passed away in my arms in January. I miss him so much! My thoughts and prayers are with you!

    So sorry about losing your beloved dog! I know how hard that is. I hope you will find comfort in all your happy memories of Sadie!
