Fall is in the air and, yet, it technically still is summer! I enjoy this in-between time here in western New York. Some days it truly is summer, and in between those days autumn has begun to show its face. The sun is setting earlier and earlier. That is my “not favorite” part! I love sunshine. The more the better! No complaining, though. I will just revel in every bit of sunshine I can get.
In the meantime, recipes are changing. Sweet breads and homemade pies are being made and fall décor ideas are plentiful. You will see the change over in the blog posts that are shared with us at our party this week!

And, speaking of fall recipes, do you ever send home-baked cookies to school or the office with your family? Then again, fall can be super busy. I have to admit, these bake shop cookies are so yummy they are one of my “go to’s” when I don’t have time to bake them from scratch.
