How To Tell That Your Banana Bread Is Done
To tell if it is done, insert a wooden toothpick in the center of the loaf. If it comes out clean, the loaf is done.
Remove loaf pan from oven and cool 15 minutes
Run a clean knife around the edges of the loaf in the pan to prevent sticking.
Gently turn the pan over onto your hand and place it right-side up on a plate.
Cool another 20 minutes.
Slice and serve.
