Are you a chili lover? I am! I love chili on hotdogs, chili on crisp green salads, chili as a dip with tortilla chips and, of course, hot chili in a great big bowl. Give me a spoon, some sour cream, melted cheese and salsa and I am a very happy girl. An added bonus is that this easy chili recipe is really simple to make. I like to cook up a BIG BATCH so that I can freeze some to serve on another day.
