Confession: I do not make my own crust. I use refrigerated pie crusts.
I do, however, appreciate a golden-brown, flaky pie crust made from scratch. In fact, my friend Diane from Recipes For Our Daily Bread teaches us how to make a great pie crust in the video below. We can all learn together!
(Hint: her secret ingredient works! My mother in law used it and her pie crusts were perfect every time. )
