Easy 2-Ingredient BBQ Pork Chops On The Grill

August 15, 2015 Leave a Comment

My family will eat just about anything as long as there is barbecue sauce on it. Chicken – ribs – pork chops. What I love about barbecue pork chops is that the prep time is minimal and the flavor is great! Serve it with your favorite sides – coleslaw, salad, corn on the cob, salt potatoes…whatever you fancy.
This particular day I was in a hurry. Having just come home from a long day at work, I wanted to keep things very simple.  So, I pulled out some great looking center-cut pork chops from the frig and poured barbecue sauce all over them. Next, I pulled a box of Augratin Potatoes from the cupboard and got the water boiling for that. Then I fired up the grill and got busy.  It was so easy and we loved every bite.
