This pie crust is so easy to make and serves as a delicious, crunchy foundation for many desserts including No-Bake Chocolate Oreo Pie and Layered Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake!
Chocolate Wafer Pie Crust
6 – 9 oz chocolate wafer cookies
2 T. sugar
4 T. salted butter – melted
Preheat oven to 350°
Finely chop the wafer cookies in a blender.
Pour them into a mixing bowl.
Add sugar and mix through.
Pour in melted butter – stir well.
Pour into a pie pan and pat in around the bottom and edges.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Remove and cool.
