Making cut out sugar cookies is one of my most favorite holiday traditions. This year I made these really cute Frosty the Snowman cookies using chocolate frosting for his hat, white frosting for his body and M&M candies for his nose and buttons down the front. Decorator frosting gave him a nice smile and scarf. I finished it off with two chocolate chips, just perfect for his little eyes.
